A brief description of the scholarship:
The Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science provides funding for NL scholarships. This scholarship was formerly called the Holland Scholarship. This scholarship is intended for worldwide students residing outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such students who want to complete their bachelor or master from Dutch universities of research and universities related to applied sciences located in Holland.

Eligibility
- All international students outside the EEA are eligible for this scholarship.
- Students should apply for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at the enlisted Dutch higher educational institutions.
- The applicants must meet the requirements of the institutions to which they apply. These requirements are available on the websites of the institutions to which they want to apply.
- The candidates have never studied in the Netherlands’ educational institutions before.
Value and duration of this scholarship:
The total amount of this scholarship is €5000. It is to be noted that full tuition is not paid for this scholarship. The duration of this one year can be received only once.
